- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ability to operate a 26-foot bobtail truck
- physical capability to load and unload linen bags up to 50 pounds
- sales-oriented mindset
- willingness to pass drug screenings and physical examinations
- reliable transportation
- good time management skills

Job Duties
- Maintains a professional appearance in compliance with company standards
- calls on prospective customers to solicit new business
- informs regular customers of new products or services
- drives truck to deliver laundry and/or uniforms to customer business locations
- collects or picks up rejected or unsold laundry and/or uniforms
- loads and unloads truck
- develops and maintains customer goodwill by providing assistance and demonstrating courtesy
- conducts business professionally to minimize complaints and handles customer issues while keeping supervisor informed
- listens to and resolves service complaints
- maintains inventory and follows company policies on inventory control
- collects money from customers, makes change, and records transactions on invoices
- issues or obtains customer signatures on invoices for pickup or delivery
- records delivery and inventory details on daily invoices
- cleans inside of truck and performs routine maintenance
- attends training and department meetings
