Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and Med Card with Airbrake and Tanker Endorsements or ability to obtain and maintain them
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of hoses weighing up to 40lbs
- Ability to climb ladders regularly
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment including respirator, steel toe boots, gloves, uniform, safety glasses, reflective vest, and hard hats
- Clean motor vehicle record meeting company standards
- Must pass pre-employment physical including drug and alcohol screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Route sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interact effectively with customers, sales branch employees, and other corporate departments
- Ability to operate equipment such as electronic mobile devices, computers, hoses, and truck equipment
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Med Card, Airbrake and Tanker Endorsements preferred
- Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
Job Duties
- Own your route by managing and growing your territory through building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Deliver essential services using hoses and equipment to efficiently load and offload oil from various containers
- Drive sales by spotting opportunities, recommending services, and boosting earnings through performance
- Work independently by planning efficient routes, staying safe, and representing Crystal Clean with professionalism
- Promote safe work behaviors consistent with all company safety guidelines
- Inspect vehicle and equipment for safe operation
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly
