Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Meet all Department of Transportation requirements including physical exam
- High school diploma, GED, or military service required
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain team-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in customer service, delivery, or route sales preferred
- Comfortable using technology
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Develop proficiency across multiple routes
- Deliver garments and product to customers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Resolve customer requests independently
- Accurately manage invoices and conduct inventory audits
- Maintain the safety and appearance of your vehicle
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Support new account installations and assist Route Service Representatives
- Collaborate with service and management teams
- Share customer feedback and competitor activity with location leadership
