Job Requirements
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reside locally in San Marcos, CA area
- Have a valid Class A or Class B CDL
- Provide a recent DMV K4 printout
- Successfully pass post-offer background check
- Successfully pass drug test and functional assessment
- Successfully pass physical examination
- Ability to work full-time with overtime including 10-12 hour days
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B commercial driver’s license
- Good driving record with recent DMV K4 printout
- Customer service experience or skills
- Ability to maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle inspections and minor maintenance
- Physical ability to meet job demands including lifting 100 pounds
- Familiarity with safety regulations and DOT compliance
Job Duties
- Deliver dairy and related food products throughout local Southern California routes
- Maintain accurate DOT and company-regulated logs and complete required paperwork
- Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate good people skills
- Conduct daily vehicle safety inspections and perform preventive and light maintenance
- Operate new equipment including liftgates and electric pallet jacks
- Uphold a good driving record and comply with all safety regulations
- Handle physical demands including lifting or moving up to 100 pounds
