Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years old
- physical stamina for lifting up to 100 pounds
- ability to operate manual pallet jacks and power equipment
- valid driver's license in the state of employment
- satisfactory 36-month driving record
- ability to obtain DOT medical certification
- ability to work in various weather conditions
- willingness to adhere to company core values and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum 1-3 years of experience in delivery or related field
- route or box delivery driving experience
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- experience using POD or tablet scanning devices
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- familiarity with GIS devices preferred
Job Duties
- Operate delivery vehicles in a safe and lawful manner
- complete daily pre and post trip checklists
- deliver products to customer locations meeting established delivery goals
- collect and track customer returns as per service level agreements
- load, unload and secure products to ensure damage-free delivery
- complete all route paperwork accurately
- communicate obstacles and customer feedback to supervisory personnel
- contribute ideas for continuous improvement using LEAN practices
