Job Requirements
- Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions)
- high school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills
- ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather
- ability to effectively interact with customers in a variety of settings
- ability to lift and carry 250+ units per day weighing up to 45 lbs
- ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle 40-55 times per day
- ability to work an average 45-hour week including variable start/end times
- ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull and walk all day
- ability to obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working for Primo Brands
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
- follow defined safe work practices
- complete DOT required documentation daily
- adhere to safety policies including prohibition of electronic device use while driving
- report any on-the-job incidents or changes in driving status
- provide courteous and professional customer service
- deliver correct products on schedule to residential, commercial, and retail customers
- maintain delivery information and manage cash and receipts accurately
- find opportunities to maximize efficiencies and suggest solutions to leadership
- support team decisions and assist others as needed
- provide water dispenser cleaning services following quality standards
- adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines
- upsell additional products and services
- achieve monthly customer acquisition goals
