Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- 1-3 years route driving experience
- Valid driver's license in the state of employment
- Satisfactory driving record over 36 months
- Ability to obtain DOT medical certification
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to use manual pallet jacks to transport heavy pallets
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Experience with customer goods delivery
- Basic communication skills in English
- Commitment to core values and SOP adherence
- Capacity for repetitive lifting and extended periods of standing and walking
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant route driving experience
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory 36-month driving record
- Ability to obtain DOT medical certification
- Experience using POD or tablet devices for scanning
- Familiarity with scanner and GIS devices preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, bilingual a plus
- Basic product knowledge
- Knowledge of power/mobile equipment operation
- Ability to perform basic math
- Geographical knowledge of delivery area
Job Duties
- Operate delivery vehicles in a safe and lawful manner
- Complete daily pre and post trip checklist
- Deliver products to customer locations meeting delivery goals
- Collect and track customer returns
- Load, unload and secure products to prevent damage
- Complete daily route and paperwork
- Communicate obstacles and customer feedback
- Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
