Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (if applicable)
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to obtain DOT medical card
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads up to 45 lbs regularly
- Ability to climb in and out of vehicle 40-55 times daily
- Ability to work 45-hour weeks with variable hours
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong English communication skills
- Commitment to safe driving practices and company safety policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to secure and maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement
- Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in varying weather conditions
- Strong customer interaction skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy products regularly
- Ability to climb in and out of commercial vehicle frequently
- Ability to work an average 45-hour week including variable start/end times
- Ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull, and walk throughout the day
- Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card
- Must possess a clean driving record as defined by company policy
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Operate commercial vehicle safely and responsibly
- Follow defined safe work practices and complete DOT documentation daily
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
- Deliver the correct products to the right location on schedule
- Manage delivery information including cash and receipts
- Provide water dispenser cleaning services adhering to quality standards
- Upsell additional products and services to existing customers
- Meet monthly customer acquisition goals
- Support team decisions and assist colleagues as needed
- Follow pricing and promotion guidelines set by Primo Brands
