Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- or 2-year degree from accredited university in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong problem-solving skills
- excellent communication skills
- availability to work full time
- willingness to perform hourly job functions as needed
Job Qualifications

- ability to resolve guest and employee concerns effectively
- knowledge of hospitality standards and quality audits
Job Duties
- assist in managing the execution of operations in rooms area departments
- manage and lead the room operations team to meet property goals
- monitor compliance with standards and property procedures
- oversee guest satisfaction results and address concerns promptly
- assist in scheduling and workforce management against occupancy goals
- participate in quality audits with general manager and regional director
- conduct human resource activities including interviewing, hiring, orientation, and employee feedback management
