Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- Management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Customer service orientation
- Familiarity with hotel operations
Job Qualifications

- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Understanding of financial and operational performance metrics
- Ability to handle employee and guest concerns professionally
- Knowledge of brand service culture and hospitality standards
Job Duties
- Assist in managing the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments
- Lead the rooms operations team by translating goals related to guest tracking and productivity
- Create and nurture a motivating, empowering, and teamwork-focused environment
- Monitor and improve guest and employee satisfaction results
- Manage scheduling against guest and operational goals
- Perform hourly job functions as needed
- Conduct one-to-one meetings with staff on a semiannual basis
