Job Requirements
- One year of experience as a rooms coordinator or equivalent experience
- excellent customer service skills
- strong communication skills
- basic computer skills
- attention to detail
- ability to remain calm and alert under pressure
- availability to work varied shifts as required by operational needs
Job Qualifications
- Experience working within a hotel or resort environment
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to solve problems calmly in busy or emergency situations
- basic computer literacy for data entry and information interpretation
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work flexible shifts including AM, PM, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Implement booking strategies to accommodate guests appropriately
- collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, and Revenue Management departments
- register guests and provide room keys and information on amenities
- resolve guest concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction
- seek opportunities to maximize revenue
- maintain accurate records of room status and distribution
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
