Job Requirements
- high school graduate
- legal ability to work in the US
- demonstrate a high level of computer skills
- ability to do basic arithmetic

Job Qualifications
- minimum one year previous experience in a similar position at a Four or Five Diamond hotel
- valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- proficiency in reading writing and speaking the English language
- ability to write legibly
- proven ability to motivate a team
- experience training staff members
- clear thinker in pressure situations and exercise good judgments
- ability to work with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- handle incoming and departing guests greet park retrieve cars and provide luggage assistance ensuring the security of vehicles in valet
- promote positive relations with all guests and visitors ensuring guest satisfaction
- promote and enforce standards of excellence and professionalism
- work well under pressure prioritizing and delegating work to staff and coordinating departmental functions
- maintain knowledge and ensure bell staff has knowledge of scheduled daily activities daily arrivals and departures hotel features services and amenities hours of operation for each outlet
- enforce hotel's standards policies and procedures
- advocate work practices that promote accident prevention
- properly handle and maintain sensitive and confidential information
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas including Club Car fleet
