Job Qualifications

  • minimum one year previous experience in a similar position at a Four or Five Diamond hotel
  • valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
  • proficiency in reading writing and speaking the English language
  • ability to write legibly
  • proven ability to motivate a team
  • experience training staff members
  • clear thinker in pressure situations and exercise good judgments
  • ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Duties

  • handle incoming and departing guests greet park retrieve cars and provide luggage assistance ensuring the security of vehicles in valet
  • promote positive relations with all guests and visitors ensuring guest satisfaction
  • promote and enforce standards of excellence and professionalism
  • work well under pressure prioritizing and delegating work to staff and coordinating departmental functions
  • maintain knowledge and ensure bell staff has knowledge of scheduled daily activities daily arrivals and departures hotel features services and amenities hours of operation for each outlet
  • enforce hotel's standards policies and procedures
  • advocate work practices that promote accident prevention
  • properly handle and maintain sensitive and confidential information
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas including Club Car fleet
