Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Capability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Maintains a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance as per team member handbook
Job Duties
- Stock housekeeping bag to ensure cleaning supplies, equipment, and amenities are available
- Observe knocking procedures before entering guest rooms
- Clean assigned guest rooms thoroughly and ensure amenities are restocked
- Complete housekeeping checklist and mark clean rooms for supervisor inspection
- Report damages or hazards such as burned out bulbs or broken furniture
- Secure guest room doors upon exiting
- Keep corridors and service areas neat and organized
