Job Duties
- maintain clean and attractive guestrooms by making beds and changing linens
- clean, dust, polish, and vacuum guestrooms to meet franchise standards
- ensure windows are shining and towels are folded correctly
- restock supplies and keep closets neat with the correct number of hangers
- organize housekeeping cart and closet area
- assist coworkers by training new staff and participating in department events
- greet guests warmly and maintain a friendly hotel environment
- follow safety and security policies and report issues to management
