Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting maintaining standing for long periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and professional behavior
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift push and pull up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean and refresh guest rooms including making beds dusting vacuuming and sanitizing bathrooms
- Restock amenities linens and towels according to hotel standards
- Ensure all rooms meet AC Hotel brand cleanliness expectations before guest arrival
- Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the appropriate department
- Respond to guest requests and provide friendly professional service
- Follow health and safety guidelines including proper use of cleaning supplies
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner
