Job Requirements

  • must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • must be able to successfully pass applicable auditions or skill testing
  • background check
  • physical examination and drug screening test
  • fluency in English is preferred
  • must be able to stand and or walk for up to 8 hours
  • must be able to sit
  • stoop
  • kneel
  • crouch and crawl
  • must frequently lift and or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally required to lift and or move up to 25 pounds
  • clear vision close
  • distant and depth perception is needed for navigating office and all other buildings within the resort

Job Qualifications

  • 0 - 2 years of related experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • strong customer service skills
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • experience in the hospitality industry time share preferred
  • ability to work well in a diverse team environment

Job Duties

  • Clean all rooms according to resort standards
  • maintain work carts and stations
  • remove and replace used linens and supplies
  • clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living rooms
  • vacuum, mop, dust, polish, and scrub
  • maintain uniform and nametag
  • communicate with guests and supervisors
  • assist with special projects
  • adhere to company policies and performance standards
