Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience desirable
- ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods
- physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- excellent attention to detail
- basic communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- adherence to safety and sanitation protocols

Job Duties
- Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
- work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness
- keep work cart orderly and properly stocked
- proper utilization of equipment supplies and guest amenities
- thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas
- daily changing and inspection of linens and towels, following the standards set forth in the Green Program
- practice safety standards and be aware of safety hazards, properly reporting as found
- respect for guests' property should always be exercised
- responsible care of equipment
- report to work on time and according to posted schedule, maintain accurate time records
- remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers always
- perform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor
