Job Requirements
- Ability to work with crews during resets and remodels, meeting time expectations while maintaining quality and safety
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ownership and ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to travel to any US work location
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to be out of town for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving stooping, walking, bending, and standing
- Ability to operate project-specific equipment
- Ability to understand work instructions
Job Qualifications
- Experience in store remodels and resets
- Knowledge of merchandising and fixture installation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and planograms
- Strong self-management skills
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Prior construction experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Work with teams traveling to multiple retail locations throughout the US
- Ensure compliance with all safety program requirements
- Arrange and place products on shelves in accordance with blueprints and planograms
- Install fixtures such as pallet racking and gondolas
- Dismantle, assemble, and place various retail fixtures
- Decipher plans and prints
- Uphold safety and quality standards during remodels and resets
