Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English
- Comfortable with electronic devices and cash register operations
- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds
- Capable of stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level
- Close vision and color vision needed for tasks
- Willingness to meet daily sales goals
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and meet sales targets
- Comfortable using electronic devices and cash registers
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and create personal connections
- Understand and recommend products based on customer needs
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and fitting rooms
- Update signage and pricing
- Meet daily sales goals
- Promote the Macy's Loyalty program
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations
