Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and professionally
- present and explain menu items including food and beverages
- take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
- serve food and beverages efficiently with attention to guest preferences
- ensure dining areas are clean and well-maintained
- handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with courtesy and problem-solving skills
- process payments and assist with checkouts
