Job Requirements
- People skills dealing with the public and team proactively professionally and positively
- Able to be detail-oriented focused on guest service safety-minded trustworthy reliable and efficient
- Food Handlers certificate within 30 days or ServSafe equivalent
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs bend stoop reach and push
- Ability to stand for long periods and climb steps
- Proficiency in technology reading and writing required
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors throughout the shift Gurus spend 70% of the shift in a temperature-controlled environment and 20% in outdoor areas the remaining 10% in kitchen prep or storage areas

Job Duties
- Greet every customer warmly and enthusiastically making each guest feel valued and welcome
- Build rapport with repeat customers and foster a positive connection with new guests
- Take the time to determine customers' needs offer additional menu items and upsell
- Display a graceful sense of urgency when completing tasks
- Understand all menu items
- Consistently meet Cornbread product recipes and quality standards
- Record and accurately process purchases using the POS system collect and process payments and apply discounts according to Cornbread standards
