Job Requirements
- People skills dealing with the public and team proactively professionally and positively
- able to be detail-oriented focused on guest service safety-minded trustworthy reliable and efficient
- food handlers certificate within 30 days or ServSafe equivalent
- ability to lift 30+ lbs bend stoop reach and push
- ability to stand for long periods and climb steps
- proficiency in technology reading and writing required
- ability to work indoors and outdoors throughout the shift

Job Duties
- Greet every customer warmly and enthusiastically making each guest feel valued and welcome
- build rapport with repeat customers and foster a positive connection with new guests
- determine customers' needs offer additional menu items and upsell
- work cooperatively with others on the team and with leadership
- communicate positively and professionally
- record and accurately process purchases using the POS system collect and process payments and apply discounts according to Cornbread standards
- complete opening and closing tasks and checklists and participate in weekly monthly and quarterly deep cleans of the cafe
