- High school diploma, GED, equivalent work experience, or currently attending high school or educational equivalent programs
- Ability to work flexible hours including day, night, evening, and overnight shifts
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
