Job Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- High school diploma, GED, equivalent work experience, or currently attending high school or educational equivalent such as home school or primary vocational programs
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including part-time and full-time options
- Ability to provide friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and cleaning
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent, friendly service
- Prepare and serve food items according to Whataburger standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and kitchen areas
- Work collaboratively with team members to manage customer flow during busy periods
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
- Handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Assist in training new team members as needed
