Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old to host or food run
  • Must be at least 18 years old to serve or bartend
  • Food handler certifications required for all positions
  • TABC certification required to serve or bartend

Job Duties

  • Serve guests and attend to their dining needs according to company service standards
  • Prepare and serve craft cocktails, draft beers, wine, and premium liquors with a friendly attitude
  • Greet and seat guests promptly while providing information and assistance
  • Deliver food orders accurately to dining guests and lane-side diners with attention to detail
  • Comply with state mandates regarding the sale and service of alcohol
  • Ensure all food safety and handling protocols are followed
  • Create an engaging and entertaining dining experience for guests
