Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old to host or food run
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve or bartend
- Food handler certifications required for all positions
- TABC certification required to serve or bartend

- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, draft beers, wine, and premium liquors with a friendly attitude
- Greet and seat guests promptly while providing information and assistance
- Deliver food orders accurately to dining guests and lane-side diners with attention to detail
- Comply with state mandates regarding the sale and service of alcohol
- Ensure all food safety and handling protocols are followed
- Create an engaging and entertaining dining experience for guests
