Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age for pizza loading, oven tending, pizza cutting, dough docking, dishwashing and pizza delivery
- ability to perform repetitive hand movements and stand for prolonged periods
- physical capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally over 51 pounds
- availability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and unscheduled shifts
- if cross-trained as delivery driver, must possess a valid driver’s license, acceptable motor vehicle record, proof of insurance, and satisfactory vehicle
- compliance with all uniform and appearance standards
- ability to work in noisy environments and around moving mechanical parts
- willingness to comply with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances
- ability to provide additional documentation as required by individual states
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset
- ability to handle cash management and perform transactions accurately
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively within a team
- capability to adapt to changing work demands and shift schedules
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- willingness to learn and follow operational procedures
- ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude under pressure
Job Duties
- Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products
- prepare ingredients
- take orders
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person
- act with a sense of urgency in all tasks
- work as a team and support other workstations
- complete all closing duties including cleaning at the end of each shift
- comply with uniform and appearance standards
- contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
- accurately process cash, check, and credit card transactions using the PROFIT System
- support sales efforts through suggestive selling to increase check average
- maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards at all times
