Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to perform duties including lifting and standing for long periods
Willingness to comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
Must pass background check if required by franchise
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and adapt through training programs
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Duties

Prepare and cook food according to recipes and safety standards
Attend to guests by providing friendly and efficient service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Restock buffet and food stations as needed
Assist with catering and special event food preparation
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Cross-train in multiple skill areas to support team flexibility
