Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting and standing for long periods
- Willingness to comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Must pass background check if required by franchise
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt through training programs
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and safety standards
- Attend to guests by providing friendly and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Restock buffet and food stations as needed
- Assist with catering and special event food preparation
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Cross-train in multiple skill areas to support team flexibility
