Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years old
  • one or more years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience or ongoing education
  • ability to work flexible shifts including day, night, evening, or overnight
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • commitment to providing excellent customer service

  • high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience or is attending school

Job Duties

  • supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns
  • train and mentor team members to uphold company standards
  • assist management in achieving restaurant performance goals
  • maintain a positive and collaborative work environment
  • support scheduling and shift management
  • enforce safety and cleanliness standards
