Job Requirements

  • 18 years old or older
  • Minimum one year of leadership experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality setting
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Able to work flexible shifts including day, night, evening, and overnight
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong commitment to excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • One or more years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
  • Currently attending school is acceptable
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise restaurant operations during shifts
  • Train and mentor team members to excel in customer service
  • Support and collaborate with restaurant management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
  • Maintain a positive and motivating team environment
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues proactively
  • Assist with scheduling and shift management
