Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • 1 plus years of restaurant, retail or hospitality leadership experience
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience, or is attending school
  • Ability to work flexible hours including day, night, evening and overnight shifts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively

Job Duties

  • Supervise and support restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
  • Train and develop team members to uphold company standards and improve performance
  • Assist management in daily operational tasks and decision-making
  • Maintain a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and respect
  • Monitor and enforce food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Participate in scheduling and shift management to optimize labor efficiency
