Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules including day, night, evening, or overnight shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to support team and management
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
