Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Minimum 1 year of restaurant, retail or hospitality leadership experience
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience or currently attending school
  • Enjoy working in a team environment to help make everyone’s day a little bit better

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service
  • Train and support team members to enhance skillsets and job performance
  • Assist management team in maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
  • Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership
  • Manage shift scheduling and task delegation to optimize workflow
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for operational improvements
