Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
  • at least one year of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • availability to work flexible shifts including day, night, evening, or overnight

  • one or more years of restaurant, retail or hospitality leadership experience
  • high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience or currently attending school
  • enjoy working in a team environment to help make everyone’s day a little bit better

Job Duties

  • supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service
  • support and communicate with management team effectively
  • train and mentor team members to uphold company standards
  • maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • manage shift schedules and resolve any operational issues
  • ensure food quality and safety protocols are followed
  • promote teamwork and motivate employees to deliver outstanding guest experiences
