Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school education
  • Minimum of two years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts independently
  • Knowledge of alcohol serving regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Understanding of health and sanitation laws
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong team player

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school education
  • Minimum of two years of restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision
  • Certification in bartending preferred
  • Alcohol awareness certification preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
  • Team player with multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation laws

Job Duties

  • Supervise, train, monitor and coach restaurant staff
  • Direct and assign restaurant employees to ensure operational standards
  • Perform restaurant opening and closing duties
  • Reinforce a customer service mentality among staff
  • Immediately and respectfully resolve guest requests
  • Maintain knowledge of local alcohol serving practices, labor laws, health and sanitation regulations
  • Perform various other duties as assigned
