Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school education
- Minimum of two years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts independently
- Knowledge of alcohol serving regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Understanding of health and sanitation laws
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong team player
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of high school education
- Minimum of two years of restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision
- Certification in bartending preferred
- Alcohol awareness certification preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
- Team player with multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation laws
Job Duties
- Supervise, train, monitor and coach restaurant staff
- Direct and assign restaurant employees to ensure operational standards
- Perform restaurant opening and closing duties
- Reinforce a customer service mentality among staff
- Immediately and respectfully resolve guest requests
- Maintain knowledge of local alcohol serving practices, labor laws, health and sanitation regulations
- Perform various other duties as assigned
