Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality roles
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- prior cash handling experience
- knowledge of POS systems
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- certifications such as TIPS, CPR, Serve Safe preferred
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- proven experience as a host, server, or cashier
- supervisory experience preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong leadership and team management abilities
- knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management and cost control
- excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- prior cash handling experience and familiarity with MICROS POS system
- TIPS, CPR, and Serve Safe certification preferred
- understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- assist the Restaurant Manager with training and developing staff
- oversee daily restaurant operations
- manage restaurant staff and schedules
- ensure excellent service delivery and guest satisfaction
- maintain knowledge of inventory management and cost control
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
