Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality roles
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • prior cash handling experience
  • knowledge of POS systems
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • certifications such as TIPS, CPR, Serve Safe preferred

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • proven experience as a host, server, or cashier
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong leadership and team management abilities
  • knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management and cost control
  • excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • prior cash handling experience and familiarity with MICROS POS system
  • TIPS, CPR, and Serve Safe certification preferred
  • understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • assist the Restaurant Manager with training and developing staff
  • oversee daily restaurant operations
  • manage restaurant staff and schedules
  • ensure excellent service delivery and guest satisfaction
  • maintain knowledge of inventory management and cost control
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
