Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • at least 1 year of restaurant experience
  • ability to uphold Freddy's hospitality, quality, and cleanliness standards
  • leadership and motivational skills to inspire the team
  • ability to maintain a professional restaurant image
  • availability to work various shifts
  • willingness to be a brand ambassador
  • capacity to travel for management training with expenses covered
  • physical ability to stand or walk up to 12-hour shifts
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • no visible tattoos, facial hair, or piercings
  • ability to perform a full range of physical motions such as bending, reaching, and climbing ladders
  • effective communication skills with guests and team members

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 1 year restaurant experience

Job Duties
