Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- at least 1 year of restaurant experience
- ability to uphold Freddy's hospitality, quality, and cleanliness standards
- leadership and motivational skills to inspire the team
- ability to maintain a professional restaurant image
- availability to work various shifts
- willingness to be a brand ambassador
- capacity to travel for management training with expenses covered
- physical ability to stand or walk up to 12-hour shifts
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- no visible tattoos, facial hair, or piercings
- ability to perform a full range of physical motions such as bending, reaching, and climbing ladders
- effective communication skills with guests and team members
Job Qualifications
