Job Duties
- Effectively communicate with management regarding scheduling, customer service issues, and equipment malfunctions
- follow all safety procedures and guidelines including personal safety, equipment use, and food handling
- ensure all products are stocked, maintained, and prepared according to company quality standards
- maintain a clean, safe working environment
- clean customer service areas including landscaping, building entrances, dining tables, condiment stations, restrooms, and food production areas
- demonstrate fiscal responsibility by following cash handling policies
- contribute to team success by communicating effectively with other Customer Service Representatives
- assume additional responsibilities as assigned
- maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health
- frequently wash hands
