Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in restaurant management or related role
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proactive and motivated self-starter
  • Catering experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of cash handling and restaurant POS systems

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 to 4 years of relevant experience depending on position
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of alcoholic beverage regulations
  • Strong understanding of food preparation and service standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and motivate staff
  • Experience in cash handling and reconciliation
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and labor regulations

Job Duties

  • Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs
  • Supervise operation of bar to maximize profitability, minimize legal liability, and conform to alcoholic beverage regulations
  • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards
  • Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment
  • Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures
  • Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
  • Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner
