Job Requirements

  • Two to five years of restaurant management experience in high-volume establishments
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Certified in food and alcohol safety or ability to obtain certification within 30 days
  • Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
  • Capacity to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
  • Willingness to work in varying temperature environments indoors and outdoors
  • Ability to tolerate noisy settings with music and guest traffic
  • Preparedness to handle allergens including peanuts, eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager in a high-volume setting with annual sales exceeding $8 million
  • Certified or ability to obtain food and alcohol safety training within 30 days
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and polished appearance

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure high service standards
