Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is advantageous

- Experience with fine dining or a specific cuisine type
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Haitian Creole) is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon their arrival, seating them appropriately and presenting menus
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering informed recommendations and upsells when appropriate
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs and requests throughout their meal, ensuring satisfaction
- Process payments accurately using our point-of-sale system and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and server stations
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth service flow
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and company policies
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including setup and breakdown of the dining area
