Job Duties
- The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take food and drink orders, and ensure guests have a great dining experience
- Greet guests warmly and provide an authentic British pub experience
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Make menu recommendations, including traditional British dishes and drink pairings
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and bar areas
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
- Assist in setting up and closing down the pub as needed
