- Prepare a wide range of food products and pastries daily according to Urban Plates' recipes and procedures
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized work area
- Provide excellent guest service and maintain strong interpersonal skills
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Work consistently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
