- high school diploma or equivalent, or currently attending high school or similar educational program
- willingness to work flexible shifts including day, night, evening, or overnight
- ability to work both part-time and full-time
- strong work ethic and positive attitude
- capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks
- adhere to company policies and health and safety guidelines
