  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience or currently attending school
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including day, night, evening, or overnight shifts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
