Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year experience as a Restaurant Operations Supervisor or similar role
  • Experience in high-volume quick-service or fast-casual restaurant environments
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced settings

Job Duties

  • Administer and supervise the entire shift's restaurant operations, ensuring all tasks are fulfilled and maintained
  • Provide instruction, mentorship, and training to elevate team productivity
  • Build a pleasant and welcoming ambiance for both work and dining settings
  • Safeguard and enhance the adherence to food safety measures throughout the work shift
  • Reach store sales and profit goals by streamlining operational processes and procedures
  • Make sure that the QSC standards are met by prioritizing quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Guarantee the preservation of Wendy's brand and holdings
