Job Duties
- Build sales and exceed forecasted financial goals
- develop and grow World of Beer managers and staff
- maintain World of Beer quality of operations
- manage shift to shift execution
- ensure superior operational standards
- train new staff on various stations
- maintain knowledge of operational standards
- communicate with staff and corporate team
- prioritize management duties
- provide coaching and career development
- ensure staffing and manpower planning
- support and assist staff and managers
- provide feedback and take action
- comply with labor laws and WOB programs
- enhance workplace environment
- increase store sales and profitability
- maintain cost controls
- plan and report finances accurately
