Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of hospitality or food service industry management experience
- Ability to travel and stay overnight on a limited basis
- Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness Certification within 30 days of hire
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for 10-12 hours per shift
- Ability to taste, smell, stoop, bend, stretch, kneel, reach, carry, push, and lift up to 50 pounds without restriction
- Effective verbal communication skills in English
- Commitment to uphold the "WOB Way" philosophy
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hospitality or food service industry management experience with demonstrated sales and profitability growth
- Proven leadership skills including team building, coaching, and effective communication
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol awareness certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Commitment to upholding company culture and values
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a motivated and skilled team
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation consistently
- Develop and manage budgets, financial plans, and P&L reports to meet sales and profitability goals
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws including labor laws
- Address customer and employee concerns promptly and effectively
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee retention
