Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous restaurant management experience preferred
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of Profit and Loss management and restaurant profitability drivers
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Drive restaurant profitability by managing Profit and Loss and reviewing key financial metrics
  • Motivate and lead team members to deliver excellent guest service and maintain a clean facility
  • Address guest feedback by identifying root causes and implementing solutions
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of restaurant staff
  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, employment laws, and company policies
  • Oversee restaurant labor scheduling and staffing
  • Perform duties of Assistant Managers and Hourly Shift Coordinators when necessary
