Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1+ years of restaurant food service hospitality retail or related management experience
- High school diploma GED or equivalent work experience
- Valid driver's license with liability insurance a good driving record and a satisfactory background check
- Food handlers certification
- Food safety certification requirement may vary based on city county or state
Job Qualifications

- 1+ years of restaurant food service hospitality retail or related management experience

- Associate's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license with liability insurance a good driving record and a satisfactory background check
- Knowledge of recruiting interviewing and training staff
- Experience supervising front- and back-of-house operations
- Proficiency with scheduling payroll and point-of-sale systems
- Understanding of budgetary concepts and performance review processes
- Food handlers certification
- Food safety certification requirement may vary based on city county or state
Job Duties
- Recruiting interviewing and training staff to follow restaurant procedures
- Supervising daily shift operations including front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Organizing schedules keeping track of employees' hours and recording payroll data
- Managing and maintaining knowledge of back-of-house systems point-of-sale systems and restaurant operating systems
- Overseeing budgetary concepts and procedures
- Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to team members
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and handling certifications
