Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 1+ years of restaurant food service hospitality retail or related management experience
  • High school diploma GED or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driver's license with liability insurance a good driving record and a satisfactory background check
  • Food handlers certification
  • Food safety certification requirement may vary based on city county or state

  • Understanding of budgetary concepts and performance review processes

Job Duties

  • Recruiting interviewing and training staff to follow restaurant procedures
  • Supervising daily shift operations including front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Organizing schedules keeping track of employees' hours and recording payroll data
  • Managing and maintaining knowledge of back-of-house systems point-of-sale systems and restaurant operating systems
  • Overseeing budgetary concepts and procedures
  • Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to team members
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and handling certifications
