Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership experience
  • Food handlers certification
  • Food safety certification where applicable
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Manage front-of-house restaurant operations including staff scheduling customer service and presentation of dining and bar areas
  • Manage kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food delivery and resolve service issues
  • Hire train and retain talent to deliver extraordinary customer service
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and order restaurant supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent stock-outs
  • Ensure profitability working with operating partners on financial reports and budget management
  • Provide guidance on cleaning sanitation and food safety procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and training
